The rooms we offer in Barcelona are located in different buildings of the city, although in some occasions we offer more than one room in the same building. All the lodgings we offer have been visited by us previously. Our philosophy is to offer private rooms in Barcelona for all kind of trips to Barcelona, for that reason our offer includes all kind of lodgings. Small rooms for those who only need a place to sleep, spacious rooms in historical buildings, rooms with Internet connetion. Pets are not allowed in the rooms. You will find detailed information on the web page of each Barcelona room, like on which floor the apartment is, the equipment of the flat, if the building has an elevator and if there are a few steps before the elevator. We are sorry to say that most of the rooms are not especially adapted for people with wheel chairs. If your are travelling with a baby, please contact us first, before booking, and send us an e-mail with the name of the room you are interested in and we talk to the owner about the possiblity to rent the room.

The delivery of the keys of the apartment will take place in most of the cases, except it is indicated differently, on your arrival at the lodging. In your confirmation-e-mail, you find the information about the check-in, the person who waits for you (name and telephone number) on the day of your arrival. To avoid inconveniences on the day of your arrival we would like to make sure that there is the possiblity to contact each other and for that reason we ask you to give us your mobile number. In any case we always ask you to phone first to your contact on your arrival at the airport or on your arrival at Barcelona. With this phone call on your arrival we try to avoid delays for both parts. The check- in can be made normally at 12:00 h. or before this time in case that your room is not occupied the day of your arrival. If there is a client leaving the same day of your arrival, you can leave your luggage in the apartment, but not occupy the room until around 14:30 h (necessary time to clean it and to prepare it for you). On the day of your departure the lodging can be occupied until 11.00h. If you are leaving Barcelona much later that day you can leave the luggage in one of the 3 main train stations of Barcelona: Passeig de Gracia, Sants Estació and Estació de França. We can inform you which of the three stations is the closest to your lodging in Barcelona..

IMPORTANT: You are lodging in a building with other people. So please remember to avoid making too much noise in the apartment or in the building, especially in the night after 21.00h..
